Simply take one capsule daily to help you stay positive and balanced through busy days.

RESCUE^® Cream

Check the seal is intact before first use. To open, peel off foil seal on end of tube on first use. To use apply to a generous amount to clean dry skin as you would with a normal moisturiser. Re-apply as required.

RESCUE Night^® Spray 20ml

Activate the spray pump before use. Bring the spray nozzle up to your mouth and apply two sprays to your tongue. Do not spray into your throat or eyes. Repeat as often as required.

Add two drops to water and sip at intervals. Or take directly on your tongue.
