What is it? A trio of Bach^™ Flowers for Comfort chosen to help you find emotional comfort, to help you feel soothed, back in control of your emotions, and help you build renewed feelings of hope, optimism and faith.

When do you need it? when working through grief or a bereavement and dealing with feelings of shock, anguish, resentment, self-pity and lack of hope.

History: Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

Suitable for

When feeling: in shock due to sad news, anguish and lack of hope, feelings of resentment or self-pity, either generally or in relation to an event such as a bereavement.

Positive outcomes: feeling emotionally comforted and soothed, a regain and control of emotions, feelings of hope, optimism and faith.

Flower extracts of Star of Bethlehem in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), Flower extracts of Sweet Chestnut in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), Flower extracts of Willow in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v).

Add two drops of each essence directly on the tongue.


Or add two drops of each essence to a glass of water.


Repeat as necessary.

Keep in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of children.


Do not store above 25C.
