Our Refunds Policy

You may cancel a Contract (request a cancellation, refund and/or return of an order) in accordance with your cancellation rights set out below. Where your request is accepted, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the Product(s) to our returns address below. We will refund the price paid in full, including the cost of standard delivery, however we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

To return any Product(s) where a request under this refunds policy has been accepted under your cancellation rights set out below, you must:

Package the parcel securely, making sure you include a note of your name, order number and delivery address

Enclose any returns slip, if we have provided one, inside the parcel; and

Return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail, to the following address:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/dispatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to us, except in the case of items which we substitute if the precise Product(s) you order are not in stock.
