MODO DE EMPLEO
To find the right combination for you, ask yourself, “What am I struggling with?” or “How do I feel today?”
How to take each essence individually:
Take 2 drops of a single remedy directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.
How to make your personalized blend:
1. Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).
2. Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
3. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
Can be taken individually or as a blend – for best results, take for at least 14 days.
