To get the most out of Spatone^®, it is best to take on an empty stomach. Drink directly from the sachet or mix with water or juice high in vitamin C to help increase iron absorption.

Adults & children ages 4+, take 1 sachet daily.
Pregnant women, take 1 sachet twice per day.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if sachet is torn. Store below 77°F (25°C).

Do not exceed recommended dose. Talk to your health care practitioner before using Spatone^® if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition.

Accidental overdose of iron containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Sachets are not child resistant.
